PFS Group Reviews
In my experience working as a customer service representative at PFS group, I learned a wide range of communication skills that I could use in the work place as well as in my everyday living. I am learning ways on how to speak to someone in a kinder manner, especially when someone is frustrated about a bill or a financial situation they are going through. I learned the way you start the phone call sets the entire tone of the call until it is over. If you start the call in more calm, cool, and collected method, the call would end more smoothly with no escalations. This applies to everyday communication as well. Every day there is someone who may start off having a bad day for many different reasons. A great way to communicate is to try to be as understanding as possible and be careful with your choice of words as your word choice can determine how the conversation will venture on.
Great opportunities and advancements in the Customer Service Department, but limited advancements in the Insurance Department. The company is not consistent amongst all of the offices
Stable work environment if you enjoy working in call centers, not the cleanest workplace at all, pay rate could be better for the workload, not a bad startup job/career to build your resume and experience, they also offer company incentives and bonus program and also very competitive
