Parkland Health & Hospital System Reviews

I love my job. I have an amazing supervisor and coworkers. Everyone gets along great and is always willing to help one another. We all learn things from each other, no matter how long a person has been with the company. everyone has something meaningful to offer. My supervisor is extremely understanding of our own unique situations and works with us. I am very appreciative for this job. It's the best one I've had thus far. The only thing I have a problem with is the pay, which I plan to resolve by obtaining a degree or certificate.
I enjoy working here. I believe that I have learned a lot in this position and it is a great place to grow. I would encourage others to work here it is definitely somewhere that I could see myself long term. It is very diverse and the staff is friendly. There is move to move up and change positions if necessary. There is also support for you if you would like to attend school. The hours are long, but they really encourage continuing education and taking advantage of tuition reimbursement.
The leadership in this facility is outstanding. There is a constant strive on their part to make sure the hospital staff has numerous opportunities for advancement and "comforts of home" while on shift all while maintaining optimal patient safety.
