Ever since I have been at OU I have loved it. I have the most amazing and understanding boss. My co-workers are excellent and are great team players. The company really cares about its employees and really takes care of us. The environment is great. Everyone is always in a great mood and willing to help in anyway. We are like a family there. Some of my closes friends I have I met here at OU. The one thing I would recommend changing is getting new vital sign machines. But other than that I wouldn't change a thing! I love where I work!

The workers on my floor are amazing. They are very helpful and although many have been there for years, they are so welcoming and full of energy!
We are currently a for profit organization but are in the process of changing to a non-profit. We are a typical hospital in a small metropolitan city. We are constantly short staffed with nurses, nurse assistants, doctors, and even housekeepers. I have been with this facility for 15 years. In this time I have seen it change hands several times. I am hoping this non-profit status will help increase our amount of staff. We are located in a high crime, low income area. We are also a teaching hospital which means we have student nurses and doctors learning on the job.
