I have been with Orlando Health for over 3 years now and am happy to be apart of the team. Not just because they were the company that hired me after I finished my pharmacy technician program, but also because they strive to make me a better more successful person. They have a strong strive for internal promotions and want their team members to be successful with work, studies, and daily lives. The only negative things that come to my mind about this company is a lot of construction and patient volume has affected my hospital and every department feels the heavy workload. On the bright side, that means things are good and we are working to accommodate more patients and a better team member work environment.

The environment was consistent with growth and development. They provided a healthy culture for education and learning cutting edge approaches to innovative patient care and strategy.Very collaborative team. Very welcoming and helpful since the beginning. They give you all the tool need it to success in their environment. You just have to do your jobs well and be you. Very productive work environment, great coworkers and great company to work for. Benefits are great and the culture is great and constantly expanding.
Management is nice, but I feel they aren't being very careful about doing their part to contain and prevent the spread of the Coronavirus. Also, since they took over we get paid less and haven't seen improvements yet. I'd like to see more nurses on the floor and more equipment that we have easy access to, which I believe they are working on.
