The pay is not great, I stay for the flexibility the job offers to my busy schedule.
Pros:
- You are able to request time off through an app without having to interact with anyone physically, good if you have a busy schedule
- The job is fairly easy and repetitive, there's nothing difficult about it once you've learned
-Staff is friendly for the most part, and everyone works hard
-Clear expectations for what you are required to do
-Free meal on every shift
Cons:
-You get your schedule 5 days in advance of working but have to request time off a minimum of a month in advance
-Pay is minimum wage plus tips
-It's a customer service job so the customers are often rude, something you'd find anywhere though
-Management wants you to do more than a minimum wage job should require
As a part time employee, I am unable to speak on benefits here.

The staff at my store was incredible. My manager was incredible and the most caring, genuine employer I've had. I felt that the company really cared about my wellbeing and happiness, and as a food chain, they have high standards that help give them the reputation they have today. Noodles was my first job and I'm so grateful for it! I couldn't have asked for a better, more supportive work environment.
The place is pretty good, and the coworkers are one of the highlights I've had some pretty good managers as well. The work isn't super difficult and tips are shared among everyone.
