Mount Sinai Hospital Reviews

My experience has been really good, especially during the pandemic and returning to the office full time has been great. Management is very flexible so we are able to meet the needs of our families while still giving our full time duties to the office. Most of us have been working in this office for over 7 years. Turnover rate is very low and we get along pretty well.
We would like for there to be more access to the float when the regular staff is either out sick or vacation.

Engaged and active strategic leaders are the base of this dynamic health care system. You will feel supported constantly through your leaders and they work with you to help you grow in your own leadership style. Absolutely would recommend the employment of anyone looking to break into the healthcare field and remain in the field. With a lot of opportunity to grow, great benefits and a great work environment this is a great place to work for sure!
Mount Sinai Hospital is a wonderful hospital that provides a breadth of opportunities for the staff. The hospital promotes diverse staff and takes a serious priority in the well-being of the patients and staff. Additionally, the hospital responded in a timely and professional manner regarding the current COVID-19 pandemic. The hospital provided many resources for the staff including the vaccine. The hospital not only provided many resources to its employees, but as a researcher, I have access to an abundance of collaborative researchers in mt field.
