Molina Healthcare Reviews

This is a great place to work. Management is always available to assist and provide guidance but there is the autonomy and independence to complete your projects and tasks. No micro management. Executive Leadership always informs the employee on status of the company.
Working at Molina has been a way to enhance my knowledge in the back end of claims. I have learned how authorizations work, the difference between marketplace insurance and Medicaid. With all my hard work and dedication I was promoted to team lead.
I had to apply three times until I was employed. Lay offs are scary, but not as often as they are made out to be by the media. Steadiness of the company is increasing. Working area is not as stressful as it could be, but salary could be better. Benefits is amazing.
After all the changes that were done late 2017, you can really notice the change. Employees feel a lot more appreciated. Overall a very good company to work for.
Good people to work wih, however, management has a lot of work to do. Communication among different departments is not always there. Employees are not valued for their work. You are able to move up the ladder if you know some one in a higher position.
This company is very fast paced. Co-workers are very nice and easy to talk to, management respond to you quickly.
Overall I love my job at Molina. Since the company layoffs last year I have seen change happen, for the better. I do which that things could move a little more consistently in the organization. Sometime is it feels like hurry up and wait and other times it feels like we are falling behind.
I worked for Pathways by Molina, in Family Preservation. I enjoyed it, and the Molina staff were helpful, however, for company reasons, Molina withdrew their contract with the YMCA and the YMCA eventually took over child welfare case management.
Excellent place to work. They not only truly care about their customers, but treat their employees very well and also have great benefits.
A great place to work overall, however a lot of lay offs and not steady. Great pay and benefits needs to be improved. Great diversity of people that work in this environment. Corporate leaders do not recognize front line workers.
no comments. transferred here from another healthcare company. this company is a for profit and I feel my preference would be to work for a non profit like my previous job. the locations are similar but the opportunity here for growth is much more flexible than in a non profit.
I love the work environment. It's very professional, and I have always enjoyed being a worker for this company. Always easy with getting paid, working, etc.
Good place to work. Laid back. Great benefits and flexibility. Work from home position and customer focus.
The company is all about not only there members but their employees. We are treated with the upmost respect and like a family. I plan on getting my RN and moving up in the company.
