Mid America Transplant Reviews
Rating 3.67 out of 5 3 reviews
I love Mid-America Transplant. I've worked for quite a few organizations in the past, but I never had the experience I have at Mid-America Transplant. The organization is mission-driven. People who work there are actually saving lives on a daily basis. I hope Mid-America Transplant is my last employer before I retire.
Outstanding place to work. Co-workers are mission driven, the perks of the work are exponential, not just monetary but the pride of the mission. Due to the fact so many employees stay on promotion can be slow and very competitive, but overall this is a top company to work for.
This is a terrible place to work. Management does not care about their employees and expect them to work long hours, nights, and weekends, for far below market wages. The culture has been declining over the last two years, and the retention rate is abysmal. There are little to no growth opportunities unless you are friends with the right people. Management does not take responsibility for their actions or admit any wrongdoing.
