Miami-Dade County Reviews

I am a Miami Dade County employee working within the Library Public System where I am a full time student on the rise of attending graduate school. It has allowed me to develop my skills in customer service, collaboration, and computer proficiency. It has given me the flexibility to achieve and earn my Bachelor's degree.
I love that Miami-Dade County present many opportunities for individuals who apply themselves to grow personally and within their careers. There are so many positions within so many different sectors, to include Police
Corrections, Aviation, Communications, Transit, Public Works and Parks to name a few.
However, on the other side, I've seen many individuals placed in positions based on affiliation.

Excellent for Latin diversity. For the past years more cultures have been coming which is great, more diversity and more food culture. Business in Miami is growing as well as Real Estate. Miami Dade County needs a higher minimum salary base because the cost of living expenses have gone up in the last five years. The beach in Miami is beautiful, it's worth it living next to fresh air by the beach. There is a section in Biscayne Beach for dogs, many people come and enjoy playing with their dogs. Hanging out by Coconut Grove in Coral Gables is beautiful.
