I have great coworkers at Mercy and really enjoy my job. My only complaint about our workplace is how short staffed we are, but this seems to be happening across the board during the COVID-19 pandemic. For our department, hours are very flexible--we have several students who are able to work around school and many techs with families.
Pros: Some flexibility in schedule, ability to trade shifts. Recently implemented a career ladder which encourages personal growth.
Cons: Doesn't pay well, secretive and unfair about pay, policies constantly changing (inconsistency), always changing the systems and processes used.

My experience with Mercy has been wonderful. I love the management and the coworkers I am employed with. I love my job and thoroughly enjoy going to work. We begin our days with prayer each morning and are Christ centered in everything we do. This is a wonderful place to work!
