Mercy General Hospital Reviews
Rating 3.67 out of 5 3 reviews
I love working in the Microbiology lab for Dignity Health. There are a lot of pros to working here. Management cares for the employees and ensures that people are properly trained before they schedule the employee to work alone. Mistakes are corrected in a constructive manner. The only con is that for many positions, new employees are hired as per diem employees, meaning that work is not regular and you do not receive benefits. In addition, it can take years to get part or full time employment. Thus, it is a great company to work for if you wait it out.
I currently work at this hospital as an Emergency Department Medical Scribe. I quite enjoy the environment at the hospital, and everyone there is very friendly.
I worked for Mercy General for 3 years and it was aweful. Unorganized, poor management, no accountability in patient care, and caotic. They do not accommodate for special needs and have the biggest turnaround I have ever seen.
