Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center Reviews
Rating 4.59 out of 5 22 reviews
As a 27-year-old working at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, I have had an incredibly positive experience. The hospital is filled with passionate and dedicated professionals who are committed to providing exceptional care to their patients.
One of the things I particularly like about working at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is the emphasis on employee development and growth. The hospital provides numerous opportunities for professional development, including continuing education programs, leadership training, and mentorship programs.
However, like any workplace, there are areas that could use improvement. One area that I would like to see change is the work-life balance for employees. While the hospital does offer some benefits such as flexible scheduling and remote work options, I believe there is room for improvement to better support employees' overall well-being.

As a Pathologist Office Assistant, my organizational skills are tested. My main focus is getting the material review by the pathologists for the patient's benefit. Additionally, management wants to see you succeed and there is plenty of room for growth. Furthering your education is encouraged here as well as learning and volunteering yourself to work on projects for your own benefit. The benefits and tuition reimbursement are worth it. I see myself going far with this company.
Amazing place to work. As a nurse, it is tough sometimes to find a hospital that has a welcoming culture- but MSK is IT. They are dedicated to you both personally and professionally, and the people you get to work with are fantastic.
