Memorial Hermann Texas Medical Center Reviews
Rating 4.44 out of 5 18 reviews
I’ve worked here 25+ years in varying departments. While there have been some times when I wasn’t very happy, overall it has been a terrific place to work. Good pay, good opportunities and great people (mostly).
IT'S A GREAT PLACE TO WORK, I HAVE BEEN 10 YEARS NOW AND I CAN'T COMPLAIN OBVIOUSLY. EVERY INSTITUTION WILL HAVE SIMILAR ISSUES BUT NONE AT HERMANN HAVE BEEN BAD ENOUGH TO SAY IM OUT. I DO WISH THEY OBSEREVED MORE HOLIDAYS OTHER THAN THE MAJOR ONES FOR DOUBLE PAY. IF YOUR WILLING TO LEARN AND ADVANCE YOURSELF, HERMANN IS THE PLACE TO BE, THEY TRULY BELEVE IN TEACHING AS IT IS A TEACHING HOSPITAL.
Memorial Hermann is a great place for students to learn as they're pursuing their career in the medical field. The clinical instructors are very enthusiastic about teaching students which plays a vital role in a student's life. It is a hard course to learn for but is worth it all at the end. Respiratory care therapy is my major where the focus on individuals cardiopulmonary areas. Like any other medical field Respiratory therapists also provide the utmost care to any patients to need medical attention. The working hours and flexible and salaries are usually increased based on experience.
