Medstar Washington Hospital Center Reviews
Rating 3.85 out of 5 13 reviews
My experience here overall has been decent. The location is ideal. The hospital is VERY diverse. There all kinds of people that work there. It ranges from different ethnicities, ages, race, skill levels. The people there are well mannered and really show that they care about patients. There is always a helping hand around a corner. The benefits are great and we have a union. The hospital does it's best at living up to their S.P.I.R.I.T values.
I work with Shields, they have a contract with Medstar Hospital, the review is based on them. My title is pharmacy liaison.
This is the most diverse company I have ever worked for and I love it. You learn not only about your job, but so many different cultures and languages. It is so easy to come across different cultures that can show you so many new and exciting things. The diversity has to be the biggest plus about working for this company. It is such a breath of fresh air to come to work and have such a diverse balance with culture and gender. This is a great place to work. This is the best decision I have ever made for myself. I am grateful for the experience.
