Massachusetts General Hospital Reviews

I love the sense of community and the diversity. The employee benefits and perks are great! It's very organized and easy to get into the swing of things.
The schedule is flexible and there are always opportunities to move to other positions, types of floors, etc.

I appreciate MGH's open-minded approach towards allowing remote work to continue even after the pandemic. This has allowed for a much more flexibility in my day-to-day life and has drastically improved my work/life balance. The ability to accrue time off or cash out extra time off is another benefit that I enjoy. However, the path upwards for career development is very unclear, and the compensation is mainly determined by years of experience, not the position itself. It feels difficult to receive promotions or significant raises.
Strong leadership that understands actually managing instead of just micro management, decently competitive pay, and remote options for jobs that can be done remotely.
