Marin Community Clinics Reviews
Overall it is a good company to start your career on, but if you're looking for professional growth this is not the right place. Favoritism is very evident. Raises, promotions and even accommodations are noticeably based on favoritism. The schedules are decent. Overtime is paid effectively. But workload is not distributed at all. Tech infrastructure is horrible and IT department does not have a clue of what they are doing. This place is nice to get experience though.
I like who I work with and the population I serve but hate the way things are done and communicated.
