Loyola University Medical Center Reviews
I have been working within Loyola University for a little over two years and I can say that it has been an okay experience. Not everyone happens to have that welcoming and warm personality. In addition to that, I have been working as a service coordinator for a little over 90 days and the hospital is going through a budget cut in order to make the amount of debt way less. It was really unfortunate because I was a full time PM secretary for one nurse unit and due to the budget cut, my whole schedule changed where I am now currently working four days of 10 hour long shifts. All in all, Loyola is a great place to work if you are going into the medical field because the environment around you is all types of medical terminology and knowledge that you gain.
Management needs to change in some clinical settings. Encourage pursuing more education in their clinical staff also. Overall, I am happy to be apart of Loyola
My coworkers are some of my best friends. Management has always had our back and fights for their employees. The doctors listen to the nurses and hear what we have to say.
