Lifetime Products Reviews
Working at Lifetime Products may be great for some people, but not for me. I work in the packaging building and work 8-hour shifts, during which I'm packaging components for basketball hoops. The culture is poor: personalities clash, supervisors don't take employees' advice, and there is a lot of gossip. I'm on my feet all day, doing heavy lifting at times, and it's very monotonous work. Not my ball game, but it could be great for others.
Overall the experience is good. It really depends on what area you get assigned to but overall if you work hard and show up, you'll do well.
Truly a great place to work. The owners and upper-management are good people who care about the employees and growing the company with a family-oriented attitude.
