I have been at KeyBank for about two years now. My current branch staff is very helpful, supportive and overall nice. The experienced leader is very knowledgeable and always has any answer for any complications at the branch level. I am currently a part time teller at KeyBank. We have a lead teller, a banker, and a branch manager. Our branch manager is also very knowledgeable and helpful whenever questions arise. I think KeyBank has been my best job experience I have ever had. Aside from the branch and employees, the benefits are also extremely generous. There is health, vision, 401k, employer matches up to 6%, tuition, fitness, and adoption reimbursement, and many many more opportunities. There is also two main locations, Cleveland and Brooklyn, Ohio. Both of these locations have a lot of back office jobs. KeyBank is very good at advancement opportunities. I plan to move into a back office job when I graduate. One last thing is that KeyBank is the highest paying bank out there.
I have only good things to say about this company. They have welcomed me with open arms and do not treat me as if I am someone of lower status. I am treated as an equal and entrusted with great responsibility to get things done. The reason I enjoy this company is for the respect and family values. Members of the company are always providing opportunities for growth by putting interns in situations on their teams to showcase their skills. Everyone is respected no matter their title and their background. Key goes to great lengths to bring awareness to diversity and inclusion. They take the time to make sure controls are in place to allow an environment for anyone to work. They have a family-first aspect that other companies do not accommodate. They understand that life is stressful and provide workshops to help their employees maintain both physical and mental health. They make employees feel appreciated.
I can honestly say that I have no complaints. The trainers are wonderful, giving people and help each individual trainee develop their client services skills and knowledge. The company cares about their employees and their thoughts and feelings. The compensation and benefits are great too!
