Great culture and diversity! Pay could be a bit more competitive especially with how much the CEO is taking home and the steep decline in yearly bonus. However annual raise/cost of living compensation is performance based which is nice if you're a hard worker... However the mentality is "there's always room for improvement" so you'll never achieve a perfect rating in all areas. Therefor you'll never receive the maximum raise (which is typically only cents on the dollar). But putting pay aside, the facility is beautiful, state of the art, and filled with brilliant and pleasant staff. Your co-workers/doctors will be what keeps you there.

John Muir Medical Center I’ve had a pleasure working for this company a little over 3 years now. I work in medical imaging and everyone in management, directors, supervisors, and employees are so wonderful to work with. John Muir even helps me fund some of my schooling for me to continue to get my bachelors degree in health care. The more I work for this company the more I want to strive to be the best and work my way up to the top of John Muir Hospital. They work with you on my schedule, flexibility, and so much more. I truly can say I love my job
I have been with this company for 10+ years and have seen a number of changes over the years .The best changes have been on improving the employee satisfaction and listening to our concerns about updating the environment we provide for patient care. There is also room for improvement for patient customer care, many out patient service centers are understaffed and overwhelmed with incoming patients who need care and not enough doctors to the particular area's.
