Very quick and easy on boarding process for the school to work program, ensures everyone is on the same page before work is started. The only downside is the long amount of time to wait for certain things to go through (ie certifications), but even then it is minimal.
While working at JLG, I see people around me taking pride in the work that we provide. JLG is a boom lift manufacturing production facility in shippensburg pa that makes machines that take people into the air, and we are committed to making machines that leave people feeling safe while working. The environment is friendly and there are many opportunities to grow with the company. Tuition reimbursement benefits are amazing. I have been there for the last five years and I still am learning new skills everyday. Very hands on work with tools and learned skills. I am looking to advance my knowledge and work my way up in the company to become successful with the growth of the company.
