J.G. Wentworth Reviews
Organized infrastructure of office setup, relaxed "vibe" given within a professional setup like free bagel Fridays, important football games broadcasted on the main TV's. Yet, the management did not communicate well the function of a department I worked in called the Opportunity Desk--which literally took useless phone calls that we put in basic information into a rabbit hole with no outcomes for callers, just more issues.
The working environment and willingness to have bagel Fridays or televised Thursday Night Football games was a nice, fun perk to working at JGW. However, the upper management did not give a specific department I was hired for (called the Opportunity Desk) clear direction as to what we were intended to do for the company. Thus, about all 12 workers gradually left the company due to concerns of being laid off.
Management has little regard for the wellbeing of employees. It's highly corporatized, and human beings are treated like numbers – expected to work until they burn out, then simply replaced. There are some great leaders, but ultimately in the upper end of management, it's quite poorly run.
