I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience working for JetBlue Airways thus far. JetBlue is a company that truly cares about its employees and understands that taking care of us results in us taking care of the customers. They offer so many resources and great flexibility, even as a part-time employee, which has positively impacted my experience as a working student. Not to mention the perks of flying and having the opportunity to see the world at your fingertips is thrilling and priceless. My only critique is that sometimes communication between top-level managers and low-level employees can be difficult and leads to frustration and confusion within the company.
working for JetBlue has been a great experience. I work at the frontline of the company where I mostly deal with customers who are trying to get from point A to point B. However, my job is much more than that. I ensure customers have a great experience flying with us in order to build loyalty an increase our business as a preferred airline to fly!
The company values and culture are what makes this a great place to work. We are going through some changes right now (unionizing). The company continues to work through the challenges associated with negotiations. The work/life balance used to be much better than it is now. The basis of the company is "Bringing humanity back to airline travel" and they stand by it. I am proud to work there. Like most companies, mistakes happen but upper management works hard to compensate and takes ownership for them
