Jackson's is not only employee-oriented but family-oriented. You're getting more than just a job here. You're able to develop a career, stability, a foundation, and most importantly growth. With stores located all over there is room for relocation wherever there is space available to transfer to.
The hours are unpredictable and it makes it hard for a student like myself to know when I will have time to study. Management is not bad, but she does not discuss things with employees, rather passes the message on. The customers are wonderful and keep the place very entertaining.
I work as a cashier and I am happy that they provide tuition reimbursement. The actual work is not my favorite and we have to be inspection-ready all the time (or else we lose money from bonuses) but it is a good job for while I go to college.
