Intuit has hands-down the best Company Culture I have ever experienced. Most people will join as a temporary employee but there are plentiful opportunities for advancement through excellent performance. Sales can be competitive both in positive and negative ways.
The experience of working from home has been great, as well as having a great pay scale. The only thing I would change would be to reduce the amounts of different softwares necessary to do the job.
All of the people there are all welcoming and ready to help with anything you need. They are also willing to provide you with helpful positive feedback, to help you grow as a person.
The experience was good learned a lot, environment and people was friendly. The staff was knowledgeable.
I could have asked for a better employer. The main factors for me when looking for a company are a work-life balance, which is great, and the innovation and technology that the use, which is on point with the rest of silicon valley.
Intuit is awesome, great benefits, good to their employees. I started here 5 years ago and have moved up a few times. The compensation is great, the benies are great. The location is great. The schedules aren't very flexible in my department, which makes it hard to go to school.
Excellent company. I love the people, the culture, and the perks that come along with working for Intuit. The culture has allowed me to advance quickly and provided opportunity I believe is rare to someone that does not have a college degree.
Amazing support from not only customers but also my whole team. I come to work and laugh and enjoy what I'm doing each day!
Invest in your contractors and make a commitment to hire more. Many of them are there for months on end until they reach their 18 months and must take a break for 3 months, only to get invited back as a contractor. This sends the message that you don't see them as an integral part of your long-term success. Not to mention it is disruptive to the team building and process improvement.
