As an employee at Intermountain, I have seen so many helpful, wonderful things that occur for employees and for the patients we serve. As a front line staff member, I have really appreciated the changes I have seen come throughout the past three years.
At times they are overwhelming and it is hard to understand why they are happening. However, each time I have a questions arise or concern there are administrators and managers that answer them or do their best to find an answer.
The reason for the 4 stars relates to concerns I have heard and seen from those who work at Intermountain that feel like a replaceable number. Some feel they are expendable and not worth much in their roles. I worry they don't have similar experiences to mine. I do want to give them a voice here though because their feelings and concerns can impact their caregiving.
Again, overall time with Intermountain has been great for me.

It's overall a great company and organization to work for. The benefits like healthcare are fabulous, the premiums you pay are extremely low. I work at LDS Hospital which is one of the oldest hospitals in Utah, and the oldest standing intermountain hospital. I work with some of the greatest people and enjoy coming to work everyday. I plan to continue my career working here after I graduate from college. Love it!
I love working for Intermountain Healthcare! They really do take care of their employees and patients. Intermountain Healthcare provides a good base pay, flexibility, and benefits. I never have to worry about what I'll pay after the doctor because they are so good. I have never worked for a better company.
