I have had a great experience there. I first started the summer before my junior year in high school and continue to work there during winter and summer breaks during college years. Throughout the years I have grown in my ability to communicate with others, take responsibility on my own, ask questions, increase my work ethic, be more flexible when changes have happened during my work day, and gained leadership qualities. The only thing that I can think of the change would be for the employers to offer better training for some positions or job requirements. Overall working here has be the most growth I have experienced as a person.
The employees are nice, and hardworking. The schedules are easy to predict as an employee, however the communication between management and employees is lacking. It's a great learning experience to be apart of this business and has equipped me for working well with the general public in addition to solving any problems that may arise within the workplace.
It is a good place to start working at. They are very friendly at the job and will work with you. I only work mornings, because I have classes online at night. To me they are great can't complain too much, because I get disability as well so it helps.
