I had a ok experience, I wish the company would change how they handle their PT time the rule is if you miss no time in 3 months then you accrue 10 hrs of PT if you miss no more than 5.9 hrs then you accrue 8 hrs, anything over that you get nothing and for people who have kids and no support system this is very hard I feel like if you miss one day it shouldn’t mean you have to miss the opportunity. If they started you off from initial employment with PT I Feel that would be a little better that way you have something to work with but to have nothing and run into real like issues with such huge company it should be better.

The company uses threats and intimidation against employees. Management is the issuer of these threats towards hard working employees. The unions are practically powerless, if they do show any interest that is in representation of their members.
I’ve been here going on 2 years in August plan on being with this company for a VERY long time! Leadership is extremely helpful any question I need answered they answer it or if they don’t know they get me an answer within a timely manner. They a good eye with character everyone I have encountered in this job is very knowledgeable about their jobs and helpful.
