Overall, the hospital is patient focused and caters for people from all walks of life. The hospital has a friendly and family atmosphere as it caters for a diverse community though it is historically administered health care services to people of color. Clinically, the hospital has renowned physicians who have been trained to administer evidenced based treatment and care to patients. Furthermore, the hospital is centrally situated in the nations capital.
Great and Friendly place to work. The pay is horrible. Management is horrible. They do not promote vacations or time off. The culture is very laid back and easy going. The workers are friendly and the work is easy. They offer great benefits and retirement.
I need change that would include better opportunities for employees within the Hospital to advance for better pay and experience to grow within a culture that welcomes ideas that actually work to improve patient care.
