Hilton Grand Vacations Reviews
I personally feel like this is a corporation that really cares about their employees. I have never been in an environment where I know that I am valued and have the tools to succeed. Every week there is a lesson to learn and reflect on, a month’s theme, and even a yearly theme. The company recognizes that the employees are just as important and their guests and they accommodate both!
The Hilton presented a persona of being very "family-oriented". While they were very nice, some management were power hungry. I lifeguarded for the Hilton Elara in Las Vegas, Nevada. I enjoyed my coworkers and environment. I would work around 8 hours a day in over 100 degree heat with only 30 minutes break to get out of the heat. They were low-staffed and at tim unorganized. Very friendly and paid decent.
The managers were great, training available and job transferring within the company. I enjoyed the weekly training and relevant to my development and growth within my department. The travel, medical, dental, 401K, tutition benefits were fantastic.
