It has been wonderful to work with this company. The pay is not great and shifts are not always guaranteed which makes consistent paychecks a little hard. Upper management genuinely cares about me and shows their appreciation consistently. Peers on staff build close relationships that transcend time on the job. There is a high level of support throughout the management chain and peers. The job is very flexible and works well with my school schedule.
A good company to start work for. I got a lot of hands on experience and overall it was a good experience. I won multiple awards and certificates, however, I was never compensated financially for my hard work. I won awards and my manager praised the work I did but they did not pay much and never offered me a chance for a bonus and denied my request for a raise.
There's a lot of room for growth and anyone can start in property management as a leasing professional. There's also the need for housekeeping and service team positions at apartment communities as well. I enjoy the job and the variety of tasks involved to satisfy resident requests and expectations. It's a great company and is the leading residential management company globally!
They give you everything you need to be successful, it just depends on your property manager and how much they are willing to help out too.
I enjoy Greystar because of the endless opportunity that there is. They do not only categorize themselves being in the multi family industry. They are service and hospitality oriented and are always looking for ways to improve and pave the way for the future of the property management industry.
Great company to work for, very family orientated! I wish the compensation was better. But living at the apartment I work for has helped my family tremendously!
Great versatility in roles. There is always opportunity to move up or around. Greystar has properties all over the world which makes it easy if you should wish to transfer or explore different options. My only con would be on the administrative side. A new employee would not receive access to administrative software until the required training is complete, which makes sense. However, I have found that people do not retain the information after the training is completed and put a strain on the learning process.
This company was great to work. I really appreciated the training's that were conducted for leasing managers.
I work for an apartment the company owns and it is the best job I have ever had. I have great coworkers and managers and the job is awesome.
Working for Greystar management has been an exciting opportunity. Greystar provides us what we need to grow in the business.
It was a good experience to have. It was an enjoyable opportunity to work alongside people who have the same goals as you. I enjoyed it, and would reccomend it to anyone who enjoys working in the apartment industry
They are a great company with good benefits. The people are nice and supportive. There are a lot of opportunities to grow in this company, and they are very supportive in their people moving forward.
It's a pretty decent company to work for. It depends on your title and the location(s) you work. Needs more opportunities for growth. Every company could use some improvements. Greystar. Greystar. Greystar. Property Management. Overall experience grade what have to be a solid C.
The company is truly about going above and beyond expectations for their residents, employees, and vendors. The company is built on a foundation for success and they provide all of the tools and resources that you need to excel in your career.
Working in property management has helped me so much. Its helped me grown and learn new things. The things that ive learned will definitly help me grown in any job that i have in the future
My experience working at Greystar was unforgettable. It was my first time working as a leasing consultant and I did learn so much of the industry. I learn how customer service is one of the most important things in this industry because you are going through a journey with the residents. I saw people grow. I was able to get involved in additional learning to become a better leasing consultant agent. As a leasing consultant you speak to so many prospects with different backgrounds that I really do get amazed because I was able to learn so much about different cultures.
This company strives for employee excellence. They reward you for meeting goals and working hard. This can be an exciting environment to work in with the right co-workers.
