Great opportunity with supportive management. I was hired immediately at a career fair with a great offer. Was met with a very supportive staff that made me feel comfortable and helped me learn a lot as it was my first time working for a hospital. Management allows self-scheduling and offers lots of bonus pay for overtime. Benefits are incredible and hospital pharmacy offers discounts for employees. Overall best job I've ever had.
Franciscan Health is am amazing place to work. My department is very friendly. They focus on coaching up to improve each individuals skill sets. They are also very friendly, recognizing family and other life surprises are priorities for all employees. I would recommend them to anyone unhappy where they currently are employed
This is my second time working for St Francis I loved it so much I came back. The people are great here, The management is good, the benefits are just okay- every year they are going up but I know that isn't just here. Location is easy as its right next to 65. They are family friendly as I have two kids. Mixed Culture within the workplace. Great atmosphere. Growth Opportunities are there but you may have to have your degree to proceed with them. Compensation is competitive with the area however I feel it is low. Overall- I have been very happy working for this amazing organization and plan to continue within it once my degree is complete.
