My experience with this employer has been great. I feel that my teammates are great! They are always willing to help out when needed. Management is pretty flexible with scheduling and understanding my school needs. Management is also transparent. They always give feedback on areas that need improvement, as well as strengths. My only concern is that part time employees do not get great benefits although they work just as hard as the full time associates. It would be nice for part time associates to receive similar benefits as full time associates.

I thoroughly love my job. As a member of the management team, I have worked my way through the ranks from a part time employee to holding the title of "Interim store manager" when we were in a transition period between store managers. As an Assistant Store Manager I have held the responsibility of hiring as well and that process for me is to create a competitive and positive environment. My employees are family and my store runs efficiently at a 3 million dollar volume. Even though we are all more family now than coworkers, I believe that it makes us run even more efficiently.
Overall decent. I feel I am treated fairly, and the company promotes a respectful environment. There is not much room for growth, however. I have worked for a full year and I am still nothing more than a sales representative, making barely above minimum wage. As one can expect with any retail job, the attitudes of the customers vary. Some are respectful, and some throw the shoes at you.

Hours are flexible, however, so that is convenient.
