I enjoyed the atmosphere and other associates; the culture of the store was very good. Management was decent and helpful however one manager was very damaging to morale which ruined it for everyone.
Very Poor scheduling; different schedule every week which was preventable as there was a core crew of workers with open availability.
No room for advancement and opportunities are made up or exaggerated to string associates along to decrease turnover.

Management sucks, the schedules are very poorly made but the pay is above average for the Lafayette area. Overall for the pay a decent place to work.
