I’ve worked here for 15 years. When I first started here back in 2002, it was great! Opportunities were endless, and there was always room for advancement. I cannot say that anymore due to the various changes this hospital has gone through over the years, both good and mainly bad. Management acts as if you’re an important asset to the company, but doesn’t acknowledge or reward anyone for anything! Underpaid and overworked to say the least. Insurance has gone down the toilet. I’m sorry to say, I couldn’t recommend that anyone work here...sorry.
This workplace has a caring attitude and even with the every evolving CDC guildline around the pandemic they are taking it in stride and doing the best they can! It is a great place to be able to grow in your career and they will train you for different positions if that is something you are intrested in !
The benifits are good. Room for growth. Friendly environment for the most part. You are able to use your ID card to buy lunch and other items, it does come out of your check. They offer tuition reimbursement.
