I have been with Eaton for many years and it used to be a good place to work until about 5 years ago. Now all the good people are leaving or encouraged to retire. The CEO is unapproachable and people walk on egg shells around him which is creating a culture of fear and uncertainty. I would not recommend working here at this time. Their focus is trying to obtain and retain younger people but are forgetting to value those of us with more experience.
Very good company with good people and strong leadership. A good place to work your entire career if you are interested in moving locations frequently. Opportunities for advancement exist for those willing to relocate.
Work in Cooper B-Line production, they expect too much in production from the start. But full of friendly people. Hard place to work if you're not dedicated or fast at assembly.
