Domino's franchises differ from store to store, but what I'd like to see more of from Domino's is creating more of a narrative, involvement, and incentive for its workers, especially younger people. Something as simple as putting on district-wide talent shows for every Domino's employee to participate in, or creating anime characters in the pizza sauce and posting it to Instagram.

Back at the last store I worked at, I'd make a new weekly anime illustration to promote our specials which was met with awe by customers and coworkers alike, it made me excited every Sunday to make a new one until the owner of the store shut that down.

It's these small things that'd make a young person like me feel more involved and important in the workplace, not simply someone who can easily be replaced despised my hard work ethic. I want to feel like I can be more than just a worker but be part of a narrative that acknowledges me as more than that.

Domino's has offered me many opportunities to see the world from many different views. This is the highest praise I could ever give this company. I have been a delivery expert since January 2018. Since then, I have made several friends that come from all different backgrounds. Needless to say, There is never a dull moment at work. I've even been offered an assistant manager position on several occasions because they see my potential within the company. While there are many aspects of Domino's that I will always love, there are many things that need to change. First, management changes more than the seasons. Within 7 months of working there, I had three different general managers come in and attempt to get the store back to where it needs to be. The biggest area of improvement for Domino's would have to be employee morale. Other than that, Dominos is a great company to work for that will always remind me of good times.
The overall work environment at the Groton Domino’s is enthusiastic. Everyone was excited to be there and help the customers. When I first stated working there, the other employees helped me learn how to make the pizzas. There was never a dull moment, and there was always something to do. I loved my time working there!
