I loved the overall atmosphere in the hotel. As soon as you walk into the lobby it looks like a scene out of an old Hollywood movie. I loved all the relationships I made and the friendly faces. What I would like to see change is management. (Specifically the assistant manager) there is no handbook or way of teaching. It is all a hit or miss environment. Instead of looking at reviews all day I think they should teach the staff how to properly manage the desk.
