Dec-O-Art is a family owned business with honesty and integrity being their number one focus. Dec-O-Art creates a friendly atmosphere and most employees are long-term employees. The work atmosphere is casual but a sense of professionalism still prevails. The owners are concerned for their employees and understand that family comes first. They will work with you if some unforeseen family circumstances arrive. Deco-O-Art is a manufacturing facility, however, the plan is air-conditioned and high-level air quality is maintained and monitored. There are quarterly meeting for all employees, and the owners share financial information with the employees.
