Dayspring Restoration Reviews
Rating 4 out of 5 1 review
Dayspring is a really unique place to work in that it is young, but established. The team that owns Dayspring and navigates it's yearly operations is a seasoned team that has been making things flow smoothly for years. The CEO and President was raised by an entrepreneur himself which gave him not only humble beginnings but also manifested the entrepreneurial spirit in him as well.
As with any small company growing rapidly, there have been growing pains along the way. In a niche market in small towns and a small state, there is very little competition. This makes for a sometimes lackluster benefit and compensation package for the lower level employees.
The culture in the company is to really harvest the strengths of the employees and use them where necessary - which in my opinion is the greatest asset this company has in terms of employee retention.
