Danbury Hospital has been working so hard to care for our community during the covid-19 pandemic. All of the nurses, doctors, pharmacists, and all health care workers on the front lines are truly heroes.
Benefits fair, Insurance offered is terrible- must use WCHN physicians in order to not pay out of pocket, pay is mediocre according to position- raises are fair as long as you stay on your managers “good side”. Management lacking in physician offices- offices run by “Practice Administrators” that are rarely present causing a chaotic work environment with any true “leader”, No RN present- LPN’s and MA’s preforming tasks that are out of their scope of practice.
Friendly doctors and nurses. Offer free webinar and supports learning. Downside is they make you hive out awards which they then tax you on.
