I enjoyed being able to help others and have an impact on the lives of women who are overcoming a very difficult time in their lives. What I did not enjoy about this company, was the management. There was often times a "power struggle" with counselors and direct management of the women's unit. Often times, the concern was not the clients. The priority, was money.
I've been an employee of DACCO for 6 years and have had opportunities to grow within the company. They provide training and CEU's for licensure and promote higher education for their staff.
I've been employed here for 7 years and appreciate the opportunities to move upward. My coworkers are great and the mission of the program is amazing.
