Crothall Healthcare Reviews
It was my first real world job, which is good for young person that is also still in school. My starting rate in 2013 was $9.00 an hour and I left in 2018 with an ending rate of $11.40 mainly because I switch to night shift. It was a stressful job because management make threats such as if you do not complete these difficult tasks you’ll be written up. Completing tasks at an job is your duty and responsible, but when there is one piece of equipment that floor techs have to share, it becomes difficult. It’s an work environment where everyday you question your job securement.
Amazing company, there is so much growth. In my short time here I have seen many people be promoted. They promote their own staff rather than hire outside. You are able to transfer anywhere nationwide after 6 months of employment. You also receive great learning opportunities on their pocket. Great medical benefits a ton of paid time off.
I have worked for them almost 17 years now the laundry division is closing. They have many different career paths to choose from.
