I just started working at CDCN, but I am already impressed with the work environment. It's not as toxic as my last job, works mostly with schedules while maintaining basic shift standards, and they have awesome PTO benefits. They seem to really care about their employees and the job is pretty laid back even at the busiest times. Employees also do their best to help customers with whatever issues they are experiencing and they always put the customer first, no matter how long it takes. I've never been in a call center job, or a job in general, that encourages employees to help the customers as much as this job does. I really love this job and I plan to retire here if possible.
Consumer Direct Care Network is an excellent company to work with. I am employed through them as an at home caregiver for a client. They are always offering advice and equipment to help us safely give care to clients. They also offer great pay and sick leave.
The pay is nice, but the scheduling is chaotic. Usually one person will manage a schedule for an entire month and caregivers must fight for hours if there are more than one assigned.
