Comprehensive Healthcare Reviews

There is amazing emphasis on working as a team, taking care of yourself, and doing what is best for ourselves and our clients. Every person strives toward growth and wants the best for each other, nourishing a positive environment and healthy relationships. Employees and teammates work hard to be good models for our clients, providing them with effective and ethical behavioral healthcare at the drop of a dime. The company has shown that they care, not only about the staff, but also about the clients. The only things I wish were different were communication between all parts of the company, not only within the branches, but also more funding. The ladder is unlikely because we are a non-profit organization, and rely heavily on grants. More support from the state would allow us to greatly improve the functioning of our facilities. Also, due to the nature of working at mental health facilities, I do feel like the pay should be higher. Barely above minimum does not seem justifiable.
Working at the facility I do has introduced me to many opportunities to learn and grow as a person. They also make it a point to make their employees feel heard and supported.
This is a great company to work for. They have been supportive and flexible in my pursuit of education. I have been here for eleven years, and there has been ups and downs with the economy, but they have always done their best to look out for their employees.
