Honestly, my experience would be ok if we were fully staffed, and the pay was better...I came in shortly after Covid hit and I’ve noticed a loss of employees. The short staff makes shifts harder than need be, as techs have to take 8-12 pts at times
I absolutely love working here. The environment it that of a close nit family. The only issue is shortage of staff, but we make it work to the best of our ability. I do believe if there were more pay incentives available we would have more staffing.
I love working with this medical community. I have found all my coworkers to pitch in and provide excellent patient care to our patients. Our Doctors are very caring and encouragement any and all information we can provide to make our patients care a better experience. Our management team is always willing to pitch in and provide any and all necessary equipment or knowledge we need to continue out great patient care . I consider myself very fortunate to be able to continue to be employed with the Community network and look forward to being able to complete my nursing education so I can become even more entrenched in patient care
