Working for head start and assisting families and children is the greatest benefits of the program.
The agency has grown over the years there is a need and a growth that has taken place expanding as far out as Stockton. The families recommend to other families that live within Kern county. The staff is under paid as many school districts or anyone working in Education, Benefit is you are making a difference, in helping children and families to be successful and strive forward.

So far, everyone has been very helpful and friendly. I really enjoy the trainings they offer all the time because it helps to keep updated with new regulations. I also like that there is always room to for growth and it is encouraged.
The mission of this company is like no other. The drive to help the community in all ways possible makes this a positive work environment.
