Cold Stone Creamery Reviews
I worked with scooping succulent ice-cream for about a few months. I heavily enjoyed meeting new people, and the atmosphere when the manager wasn't present. Music would be playing , and we would be singing in our ice cream scoopers having the best time doing something as simple as serving a scoop of ice cream. I loved the smiles on children and adult's faces when receiving their ice cream especially after a long day. This atmosphere would shift in seconds every Sunday morning, when the manager came. This character would complain about every single aspect of cold stone, things that us employees couldn't control, such as the location and not having enough customers. The complaining continued and pushed us employees to find a new job. The toxicity was too much for any of us to handle so we left. I will admit this; the people that I worked with are some of my closest and most fun friends I have ever encountered in my life.
You ever find a place in life where you feel like your a significant piece to a puzzle, that has a prime role? That was my experience working at Cold Stone Creamery. The people I worked with were the most respectful, and thoughtful people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, which made my stance as a crew member more enjoyable. The management was well organized, and the environment that I worked with was pristine & even smelled like waffles. It's a great company to work with, especially if it's your first job!
Coldstone Creamery was an incredible experience, I worked in various stores each of with different degree of work culture. I am incredibly happy with what I learned from the company!
