the cleveland clinic is a great place to start and grow a career. Everything from administrative work to clinical is an opportunity. Great management gives clear direction and promotes success.
I am learning so many amazing things here in my journey to become a nurse. I am hands on with patients, and get to pursue my passion to take care of people. In the midst of this pandemic, I am learning how to fight this virus from the inside of one of the best hospitals in the world. I am blessed to be able to take care of the patients I work with every day.
I have been with the Cleveland Clinic for 5 years, going on 6, and it has had its ups and downs. Cleveland Clinic is a wonderful company to start and grow with, however, it can be very stressful at times. I feel that being able to work with people so closely really shows you how to sympathize and empathize with others. Regardless of your ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexuality, you will never be discriminated at Cleveland Clinic. We have compassionate workers and most of the time your employer cares about you as the employee.
The Cleveland Clinic is a good hospital, but too concerned with HCAP scores to care about the staff nurses and residents. We are paid less than many hospitals in our area.
It’s a great place to work. My coworkers are caring, compassionate, and truly care about their patients.
Cleveland Clinic is a good place to work. Good insurance is offered. However, for being a healthcare facility, employees are not offered sick days but are encouraged to not come to work when they are sick. This results in points that lead towards corrective action.
Overall, I like working for the Clinic. It is a highly respected hospital known worldwide. I am grateful for an opportunity to be a caregiver here. The Clinic is diverse in employees, patients, and experiences. With that being said it is not fair to let a bad apple spoil the entire bunch. With anything in life there are pros and cons; the pros of working and being a patient at the Clinic far out way the cons in my opinion. I value this experience and hope we all continue to strive for excellence.
I absolutely love working for the Cleveland clinic. I have worked here for 5 years, starting with Main Campus. Currently working at Fairview hospital on an LDRP floor for natural child birth.
The Cleveland Clinic is an amazing healthcare place to work at. The atmosphere and the care for the patients are given with great quality. Last year it was reported that the Cleveland Clinic took care of 7.8 million patients... the numbers doesn’t lie. We take pride in the service that is provided while assuring the patient that they will leave feeling better than when they came in.
Cleveland Clinic is a great place to work because there are so many different department that is suitable for any background. Great place for career growth and of course 2nd best in American, so definitelysoemthing great to have on your resume.
Working in patient care isn't easy! But the management and my coworkers make for a great work place! Highly recommended!
Positive work environment. management is very helpful when it comes to scheduling. Coworkers are positive and very helpful when it comes to patient care
Cleveland clinic has given me ample opportunities for professional growth and has given me world class experiences as a nurse.
I would change the pay rate for everyone, management can be better. for it to be the #2 hospital in the world it don't seem like it. everyone don't like to work together but each job has there days .
I love working at the clinic for the name and the resume builder, but it is very obvious that it is run as a corporation and if you are not a doctor, you are simply just a number that can easily be replaced. The pay is typically less than what you would get at another hospital for the same job, but the insurance is awesome.
Great workplace with many opportunities for growth, could use some more focus on employee mental and physical health. Also getting a job can be very diffcult but once you're in it's easy to network and expand.
I would like to see better staffing but other than that it is pretty nice to work here because they offer a lot of benefits such as tuition reimbursement and medical coverage.
