I worked there for one summer, and I believe it was a good experience for most of the employees. Everyone tried to be friendly, we got plenty of sun (some sunburns) and we got to swim for free any time we weren't working. For a youth it is a good summer job, not so much for adults because there are not enough hours to make a lot of money and everyone else there is very young.
